Sally is the Group Senior Sustainability Manager for the global employment marketplace provider SEEK. SEEK provides operates market-leading online employment marketplaces in Australia, New Zealand and across South East Asia.

SEEK’s core business has a strong positive impact on people, businesses and communities. To maximise that impact, SEEK focuses on its daily activities to facilitate the quality matching of people and organisations. Beyond its core business, SEEK focuses on a range of sustainability activities including fair hiring and modern slavery, social impact programs such as SEEK Volunteer, data and insights to support policy development, our community partnerships, workplace giving program and SEEK’s First Nations Reconciliation Strategy, as well as delivering on its climate commitments.

Sally is responsible for driving SEEK’s social and environmental priorities across its APAC operations. She is an experienced sustainability and change professional and passionate about creating value and making a difference. Sally has significant experience across various industries with a background in management consulting, global resources, healthcare and technology and has managed major organisational transformations projects as both a functional lead and change manager in the private and public sector.
