Lachlan is a highly respected sustainability leader with over 20 years of experience managing and developing sustainability practices at international and ASX-listed organizations.

As Director of Sustainability at Brambles, Lachlan has been instrumental in shaping the company’s sustainability strategy, helping Brambles earn top rankings in global ESG indexes, including #3 in the Corporate Knights Global 100 and #1 in the DJSI industry category. He led the introduction of Integrated Reporting and Brambles’ response to climate change through the TCFD framework. Lachlan also spearheaded the 2020-2025 sustainability vision, driving the company’s commitment to becoming a regenerative business.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resource Management and a Master of Sustainability, Lachlan applies his knowledge both professionally and personally, living off-grid with his family in the NSW Southern Highlands, where he operates a regenerative farming enterprise. Lachlan is dedicated to advancing circular business systems through collaboration and innovation.
