Expedition Leader, Ocean Science Expedition
Keith Tuffley is the CEO of the “Race to Belém” campaign, a joint initiative launched at Davos in January 2025, led by Silvania, Conservation International, and The Nature Conservancy. He is the former Chairman of Energy Transition & Sustainability at Citi, where he advised CEOs and boards on transitioning businesses to a net-zero and nature-positive future. Keith is also the founder of NEUW Ventures, an impact investment company focused on reducing the human ecological footprint. A passionate explorer, he led a four-month sailing expedition across the Northwest Passage in 2024, promoting ocean health and conducting groundbreaking scientific sampling. As a former CEO of The B Team, Keith played a key role in the Paris Agreement and the launch of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. His adventures, including cycling from Antarctica to the South Pole and skiing to the North Pole, are driven by his commitment to global sustainability and conservation.
