Over a 35 year NSW public sector career Tom has had the privilege of leading teams delivering policy, program and operational outcomes across agriculture, forestry, biodiversity conservation, clean efficient energy and transport. He held Director, Deputy CEO and Executive Director positions for over 15 years. He is also an accomplished social enterprise non-executive director and Chair.  Working in a range of male dominated fields Tom has long focussed on building organisational resilience through diversity. Now Tom is focussed on paying it forward as a coach, a mentor and an advocate for just causes.
