Silvia Zini is a sustainability and infrastructure leader with 15 years of international experience across environmental engineering, ESG data management, and strategic investment planning. As Senior Planner – Net Zero at Sydney Water, she integrates whole-life carbon evaluation into infrastructure planning.

Previously, Silvia was Group ESG & Sustainability Delivery Manager at Mott MacDonald, where she led ESG data solutions and transformation programs to support regulatory compliance and advance the company’s sustainability strategy, under direct Board sponsorship. Her work included developing carbon calculation methodologies and contributing to ESG disclosures.

Her career includes strategic advisory roles in the water and nuclear decommissioning sectors, focusing on risk management and resilience, as well as providing auditing services.
