Sarah steers Australian property company Mirvac’s globally-recognised ESG strategy, This Changes Everything, and was ranked in the 2023 and 2024 Financial Standard ESG Power 50.
Mirvac’s ESG recognition includes eliminating scope 1 and 2 carbon emissions, being top rated by Sustainalytics in 2025, acknowledged by Good Company as one of the best workplaces (ranked #3 in 2024), and named one of Australia’s leading community givers in the 2024 AFR GivingLarge report.
Beyond Mirvac, Sarah is the Deputy Chair of Cladding Safety Victoria, an AU$600m program to reduce the risk of combustible cladding, and Chaired Homes Victoria’s $5b+ investment in social housing until 2025.
She has been an executive leader across multiple sectors, industries, and jurisdictions, including property, oil and gas, energy, transport, carbon sequestration, and social policy.
Sarah received a Master of Arts (Professional & Applied Ethics) from the University of Melbourne, is a graduate of the McKinsey Executive Leadership program, the Prince of Wales Business & Sustainability Leadership program from the University of Cambridge, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons, English) from James Cook University.
