Nicola was appointed Chief Technical Officer of Critical Minerals Group Ltd in May 2023. With a strong international and Australian background in mining and resources, she brings deep technical and strategic expertise to CMG’s vertically integrated energy business, which spans vanadium resources, electrolyte manufacturing, and vanadium flow battery technology.

Nicola’s career includes greenfield and brownfield project development, commissioning, operations, and mine closure. She is also highly experienced in ESG management, cultural transformation, business strategy, and risk governance. Nicola’s leadership is grounded in delivering sustainable outcomes that align innovation with operational excellence across the full resources and energy value chain.
