She has led many programs and initiatives in conservation, carbon and biodiversity markets, and regional development, and held CEO and other senior executive roles. 

 Nerida champions cross-sector collaboration, long-term partnerships, and sustainable solutions grounded in understanding, trust, and shared value. She aims to empower future leadership, especially by women and regional communities, and is always looking for opportunities to bring together business, communities, people, and the environment to design and implement practical solutions to build a better world for future generations. Nerida lives on Bundjalung country in Lismore NSW with her two teenage boys and an old, lazy dog.
