A passionate ally and advocate for female leadership, Lani champions professional development and female participation across the energy and infrastructure sectors. She specialises in the "S" in "ESG", or social side of sustainability, with work grounded in human rights informed approaches.
Previously the Social Value Capability Leader at Aurecon, Lani brings deep expertise in engagement and social strategy, grounded in shared value for clients and communities. She holds a Master of Sustainability (University of Sydney), a Bachelor of Laws (UTS), and a Certificate of Engagement (IAP2). Lani continues to lead complex transformation projects nationwide, working with government, engineering firms, developers, and renewable energy partners
