Ellie is a founding partner of Future Focus, a Sydney-based sustainability consultancy. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, innovation, sustainability and purpose-led strategy, she partners with global organisations to drive change from the inside out. As lead strategist, Ellie champions inclusive leadership and cultural transformation – designing workshops and engagement approaches that empower teams to embed sustainability and belonging into the heart of business strategy.

As Future Focus’ lead on purpose, insight and strategy, Ellie is known for her rigorous research methodology, insight-led facilitation, and inclusive, collaborative approach. Her work is grounded in the belief that effective sustainability leadership must be lived across commitments, culture and communication of authentic sustainability. She has helped clients – from government to corporates – shift from surface-level commitments to genuine cultural change.

Ellie has led strategic communications and behaviour change projects on climate and impact, including the development of climate change and sustainability audience personas for the NSW Government. A passionate advocate for diversity and climate justice, she helps leaders use their influence to build environments where everyone feels heard, valued, and safe to lead. A seasoned keynote speaker, Ellie has delivered TEDx talks and major conference presentations on the commercial value of authentic sustainability.
