Clare is CEO of SmartCrete Cooperative Research Centre, a program designed to support the Australian concrete sector to undertake research and development to facilitate pathways to decarbonisation.

After training as a microbiologist, Clare has had a diverse career in research and government program management spanning various sectors including IoT, Agriculture, and now concrete. She is an agile practitioner, passionate about unlocking collaborative innovation potential by bringing together world leading research and industry specialists to solve real-world problems.
