With over 20 years experience in the sustainability field, Cathlin is responsible for driving AGL’s ESG performance. An environmental engineer by background, Cathlin has deep experience in all aspects of greenhouse and sustainability strategy and reporting. Cathlin spearheaded the development of AGL’s first Climate Transition Action Plan (CTAP) in 2022, lead the production of AGL’s first "Integrated” Annual Report in 2019, and has produced multiple award-winning sustainability disclosures during her tenure at AGL. Most recently, Cathlin has been responsible for the delivery of AGL’s 2025 CTAP and incorporation of AASB S2 into AGL’s Annual Report.
