Callie Elward-Barrett (she/her) is a neurodivergent executive and founder of Executive Functioning Leadership, a practice supporting neurodivergent professionals and organisations to build inclusive, strengths-based workplaces. A former senior leader at the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (DHDA), Callie led initiatives improving access to health services for people experiencing systemic barriers.
She was Chair of the DHDA Neurodiversity Network, a founding member of the Public Sector Neurodiversity Community of Practice, and a regular keynote speaker on inclusive leadership, having shared the stage with global figures such as Hillary Clinton, Julia Gillard, and Jacinda Ardern, advocating for the value of diverse thinking in public leadership.
