Benj is a seasoned sustainability strategist with over 20 years of experience leading, coaching others, and driving impactful sustainability and climate initiatives. She has worked across diverse sectors, including publicly listed companies (Universal Store, Westfield), global consulting firms (EY), government, and academia (Infrastructure NSW and UTS).

With deep expertise in embedding responsible business practices in business, Benj has successfully integrated sustainability into strategy and governance systems, human resources, product development, finance, procurement, and contract management activities.
She holds a Master of Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Business Sustainability Strategy certificate from Harvard Business School.
Beyond her professional work, Benj actively contributes to her community through director roles in local community organisations.
