Known for challenging conventional risk practices, she champions a dynamic, strategy-driven approach that positions risk as a catalyst for innovation, sustainable practices and cultural transformation.

Belinda has held senior roles at OneFortyOne, MYOB, Deakin University, Slater & Gordon, Worley, Shell, and EY. She served as Director of the Risk Management Institute of Australia, Audit Chair of Wodonga City Council, and currently sits on the Board of Endometriosis Australia, bringing lived experience to advocacy.
